The Electronic Frontier Foundation hosts the Internet Law Treatise (currently in beta form) that is based upon the Electronic Media and Privacy Law Handbook (Perkins Coie, Dec. 2003) ISBN 1879650118.  I’ve not had a chance to review it yet, but judging by the table of contents it looks to be a good resource.

BoingBoing wrote about CyberNet Entertainment’s unsuccessful attempt to register their trademark Fucking Machines with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in spite of Marc Randazza’s valiant efforts to argue that America no longer finds the word “fucking” immoral or scandalous.

Prof. Marc J. Randazza has a great post titled Patent Bar v. “Trademark Bar.”  And no, I did not make a mistake in the placement of the leading quotation mark.  That’s how Prof. Randazza originally placed it.
