The Securities and Exchange Commission’s website is a great place to hunt for actual agreements between parties. Trademark license agreements are no exception. The trouble is, is that it is somewhat difficult to find as the search technology is not as robust as say Google’s search technology.
So as a public service, here’s some links to actual trademark license agreements. Of course these have been negotiated between the parties and fit their specific situations and understandings. So if you’re thinking you can use them unchanged, think again. Obviously, I recommend you seek counsel before entering into these important agreements.
- The first agreement is between a Cayman Islands company with a company from Shanghi.
- The next agreement is between two Beijing companies.
- Here’s the agreement for a famous, and old Jeans company.
- And you have this agreement for the licensing of a trademark for eyewear.
- Here’s a Trademark License and Services Agreement in connection with the use of a celebrity endorsement.
And the list goes on. For more trademark agreements, check out 270 Legal.
